How We Control Quality

Production
Silicon metal is smelted from selected quartz (SiO₂ ≥ 98.5%) under controlled furnace conditions, then crushed and classified into lump, granule and powder. Stable raw material and process control deliver consistent chemistry batch after batch.
🧪
Inspection
Every batch is tested for chemical composition (Si, Fe, Al, Ca) and, for powders, particle size distribution by laser diffraction. Material is verified against specification before release.

Packaging
Moisture-protected packing in 25kg bags, 1 ton big bags or OEM brand packing, prepared for safe sea-freight handling and long-distance export. See packing →

Certificates
A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued with every shipment, along with MSDS and export documents as required. See certificates →
